Short Form of Contest Rules -
Contest Runs from June 1, 2021 through to and including June 30, 2021. Chances of winning depend on number of entries received. Entry is open to people who respond to Direct Mailing for promotional purposes of KiTS & Loop CRM, electronically responding to QR Code entry gateway. Draw for Lucky Winners will be conducted July 6, 2021. Prizes must be accepted by Winner as named, or forfeited - there is no right of assignment, and there is a Skill Testing Question to be answered prior to declaration of Prize being Awarded. To accept Prize # one, or # Two, and be declared a Winner, the Applicant will be required to sign a Membership Agreement in observance of Data and program Rules. If a Winner, or potential Winner cannot or will not comply with any of the Rules, a new Lucky Winner shall be drawn. Prizes to be accepted as awarded, without substitution, and have no declared Cash Value.
